I want to send you this letter of appreciation after living in our home a little more than one month now. We are coming up on the timetable of February 15^th, which you indicated would be the appropriate move in date after construction. Thanks to your ability to coordinate all the workmen, we were able to move in much earlier and have our Annual New Year’s party! I really appreciated the way in which you were able to apply my ideas and thinking in conjunction with the architectural drawings. Your suggestions and patience in communicating with me since this is my first home I’ve ever been involved in the construction of, has made this a truly wonderful experience. Throughout the construction time, you listened to my desires which sometime I could not fully explain, but you seem to understand what I really wanted. I believe this is a unique talent you have and I realize how fortunate we were to have selected you as our contractor. From all the nightmare stories I have heard about construction projects, I wanted you to know how happily surprised I am that this vision Jim and I had for our new home is everything I hope it would be and more! Thank you again for being such a caring and considerate professional before, during and after construction.

Dear Steve,

What a great experience Gail and I have had working with you to create our new home in Indian Wells. You have made what can be a nightmare, a dream come true. We are both thrilled that the finished product is not only ahead of schedule and on budget but the quality of the construction you have supervised than 20 years; I have financed a number of custom homes built in up a scale areas. Your work and more important, your work ethics are as good as I’ve seen. Your personal interest in making sure the product is “right” was demonstrated a number of time when you saw things that could be improved upon while still mindful of the budget. We will be moving in at the end of this month, so I though you should know how much we have enjoyed and appreciated working with you since we broke ground July 5^th, You are more than our contractor, you have become our friend. Please feel free to use Gail and I as references to any future or potential clients because we would be happy to share what has been a wonderful experiences.
